The Byte Club (thebyteclub.net) is a community marketplace that connects PC hardware buyers and sellers in Kuwait. We provide listings, profiles, a community forum, and contact tools. We are a venue — not a party to any transaction between users.

All purchases, sales, trades, and payments happen directly between users. The Byte Club does not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow, or guarantee any transaction, item, or user. You trade at your own risk — see our trading safety guide for best practices.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• No scam listings, counterfeit hardware, prohibited items, spam, or harassment.
• Listings must be for items you own and are legally able to sell in Kuwait.

You keep ownership of content you post (listings, images, forum posts) and grant us the license to display it on the platform. We may remove listings or content that violate these terms, and suspend accounts that repeatedly abuse the community.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Byte Club is not liable for losses arising from transactions, user content, or service availability.

The Byte Club is free: no listing fees, no selling fees, no cut of your deal — ever. The platform is supported by clearly-labelled sponsor banners.

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
